If you’re visiting Shanghai, be sure to check out Ultraviolet – a restaurant created by French chef Paul Pairet. Diners meet at a collection point and are then taken to a secret location to sit in a plain room with a table and 10 seats. That where thin fun begins, but we won’t ruin it for you…
