Body-conscious individuals with a Men's Health magazine subscription can find out how to improve their lower-body strength like professional footballers do.
Scott Miller, first team coach at Fulham FC, currently placed 12th in the Premier League, told the publication it is vital for men to do a circuit of leg exercises which are "geared towards strength development and injury prevention".
He said to Men's Health magazine that doing six reps of squats, 12 walking lunges on each leg and 25 reps of dumb-bell squats can help improve lower-body strength.
You should definitely be trying to work your glutes, quads, adductors and hamstrings, he advised.
The coach told Men's Health magazine readers that the circuit of exercises should be repeated twice a week, but added people should leave two days rest before a footie game.
Don't rest between the exercise and do the circuit three times, he said, warming up beforehand.
