Anyone with a GQ magazine subscription who is after a stylish camera for 2011 can look in the publication for inspiration.
If you're a serious photographer, GQ magazine recommends getting a Sony Alpha A55.
It provides "top-quality pictures" as well as full-HD video, as standard.
"If you see yourself as more of a landscape photographer, you'll love Sony's Sweep Panorama function. This allows you to move the camera from left to right and stitch together the photos into one stunning panoramic scene," the mag said.
Another recommended snapper is the Nikon Coolpix S1100 PJ Projector, which is best for people who love sharing their pics.
With the front-mounted projector on it, people can show off their perfect photos as soon as they've taken them, according to GQ magazine.
The Lomography Diana Mini wins for old-school charm, boasting a "side-helping of hipster lifestyle", the mag suggests.
Recently, GQ magazine published its 2011 Style List, which included the Beckhams' eight-year-old son Romeo.
