Check out Gwyneth Paltrow’s favourite good for you foods

As well as heading up the A-list crowd at Glastonbury, Gwyneth Paltrow also likes a bit of healthy cooking...

Having had her face splashed across the papers this weekend watching hubby, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and friend Beyoncé’s performances at Glastonbury festival alongside rapper Jay-Z, Gwyneth Paltrow is featured in the August 2011 issue of Delicious.

Those of you who have a magazine subscription to Delicious will be able to read a few of Gwyneth’s favourite recipes which are ideal for those of you who like to be aware of exactly what you eat.

She speaks of how her love for cooking has grown over the past 10 years and how it’s suddenly become very important to her. “When my daughter started eating solid food, I didn’t want her to ingest pesticides, herbicides, growth hormones, antibiotics or preservatives – and I still don’t. These are recipes for simple, healthy (mostly), delicious food.”

The recipes include a bean salad with prawns and watercress and tuna and ginger burgers and can all be found in Gwyneth’s cookbook, Notes From My Kitchen Table which was released earlier this year.

It seems she enjoys keeping herself busy - as well as hitting music festivals and cooking up treats in the kitchen, the actress has most recently guest-starred in TV show Glee and was a huge hit with both audiences and the rest of the cast. This is on top of her other acting projects, running her online newsletter site Gloop (filled with inspiration for things to make, do, get etc.) as well as being a mother to her children Apple and Moses. She’s quite a multi-tasker.

If you want to make sure that you get the best recipes, inspiration and tips then subscribe and save on a Delicious magazine subscription today.
