When your day job involves repeatedly kissing Ryan Gosling, we can’t help but feel a little pang of envy. After all, who wouldn’t like to be paid for Kissing the Gosling? But when your Emma Stone, not only has that happened once but twice now!
Speaking to Glamour in the February issue, Stone admits that it is a little strange. "I can still remember the first time I auditioned with Ryan for Crazy, Stupid, Love," she says. "My friends took me to the airport that night and when they asked me what I'd been doing all day, and I said that I'd been writhing around all over Ryan Gosling's bed, they were like, ‘Right! Get on that plane!' I guess that is pretty weird to hear."
We know that in reality she is happily loved up with Andrew Garfield, but it’s not for a lack of her trying to keep her personal life private. "It's weird in Los Angeles…[paparazzi are] hiding out everywhere," Stone says. "The hardest thing is that it makes me act like an a--hole because I now have this weird level of paranoia that I never had before."
