The anonymous quiz seeks to discover guys' true views on sex and each young man who fills it in stands a chance of winning £50.
Meanwhile, the girls who nominate the guys are also in with a chance of winning a fantastic goodie bag, which Sugar claims is the best it has ever offered.
"What type of girl do you go for and what makes you attracted to the opposite sex?" will be just some of the questions asked as the publication hopes to unveil what makes men tick.
