Budding fashionistas who have a Cosmopolitan magazine subscription might be keen to find out the hottest spring/summer trends.
According to Cosmopolitan magazine's fashion editor Sairey Stemp, "the big story for spring is colour".
"This is definitely a season where we'll be embracing bold colour blocks into our wardrobes. Everything from bright turquoise to citrus orange to shocking pink," she explained.
The Cosmopolitan magazine fashion expert also said florals "are huge" this season.
Stemp added they are also a "very easy trend for the high street to pick up on", meaning it is bound to be simple to mimic.
As well as these two trends, lace will be "very prominent", "popularised by Dolce and Gabbana and Christopher Kane".
Recently, Abi Silvester, editor of fashion blog Shoewawa.com, said, due to the influence of the 70s this season, "platforms in particular will be a key trend".
She explained: "Expect to see plenty of chunky cork soles, wooden wedges and platforms and more of the stacked espadrilles we saw last summer."
