She may play dowdy, dizzy Daisy in ITV favourite Downton Abbey, but if you have a Company magazine subscription you may have seen Sophie McShera in a different light as she has vamped up for a photo shoot.
With her hair clicked back, red eyeliner and claw-like nails, the actress looks a million miles away from her usual character and admits that it’s a bit different to what she’s used to. “This is really glam compared to Daisy,” she said.
Speaking about Downton Abbey’s huge success both here and across the pond, she says that she finds it strange when she gets recognised in places like New York.
