TV’s finest head to the Emmys

The stars of television all congregated for the Emmys last night. Who were the biggest winners?

If you enjoy great television – and we know those of you with a Radio Times magazine subscription do – then you’ll be interested to know that the Emmys were held across the pond last night.

Television’s biggest stars all turned up in their finest to find out who the winners and losers would be. The biggest winner of the night was drama series Homeland, which won the award for best drama and stars Claire Danes and Damian Lewis won best actress and actor respectively.

Britain’s Downton Abbey had an impressive 16 nominations, however only picked up one – Supporting Actress, which was won by Dame Maggie Smith.
