Samsung win Tokyo court battle against Apple

Samsung win court case in Tokyo against Apple.

You don’t have to have a Wired magazine subscription to be well aware of the recent court battles between Apple and Samsung.

After Samsung released a number of products, which were very similar to the likes of Apple’s iPhone and iPad, Apple filed a lawsuit against the company.

Despite losing a patent case in the US last week and being ordered to pay Apple £664million in damages, a court in Tokyo have just ruled that Samsung didn’t infringe on Apple’s patents – which is good news for Samsung.

Samsung plan to appeal against the US ruling, though on 6th December Apple will be giving evidence to start an injunction that will prevent Samsung from selling the queried products in the US.
