Are you a big fan of Red Dwarf? We’re sure you tuned in to watch the first episode of the new series last night then. That’s right, after being off the air for years, the creators of the cult TV series decided it was time for Red Dwarf to return to our lives and announced their plans last year.
The first episode was filmed back in December and the WIRED team were lucky enough to watch the episode being filmed AND managed to score tickets to the episode’s premiere in Leicester Square.
However us mere plebs had to tune in to Dave last night to watch the first episode. Good news! Red Dwarf has gone back to its roots and is just as good as it was when the show first started. In fact, some have even gone so far as to say that it’s like a lost episode where all the character have aged without any explanation.
That’s good enough for us! The WIRED team seemed pretty pleased with it and even got a Q&A afterwards with the cast and creator. It’s alright for some…
