Heat magazine has revealed that the widower of the late Jade Goody has been found not guilty of rape.

Jack Tweed and friend Anthony Davis were up in court charged with having sex with a girl against her will.

Tweed was accused of rape, while Mr Davis was facing oral rape allegations, but both walked free from court after a jury took just 15 minutes to decide they were innocent.

According to the magazine, the girl told the court that she did not struggle or say "no" at any point during the encounter, claiming that she was "frozen with fear".

She added that friends had teased her, calling her a "slut" after they discovered what she was doing.

The result of the case will be a boost for Tweed, who has recently been romantically linked to former Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes.

The mum-to-be spoke to Now magazine recently about their burgeoning relationship.
