Playstation: The Official Magazine subscription holders may get a sneaky peak at a world exclusive in the next edition.
It is believed that the publication is set to feature an article on Crysis 2, with the cover dedicated to the new game, which will be available on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC when released.
The cover title reads: "Crysis 2. Aliens invading NYC? No Problem! Blast their faces off with the Nanosuit 2.0."
It appears the sequel to the popular game is to be set in the eastern US city of New York, with upgraded technology for the protagonist.
Publisher EA suggested last year that the game will set a new benchmark in console offerings, videogamesrepublic.com reported.
In the first instalment of the game, the user takes control of a US delta force operative as he battles Koreans and aliens following the discovery of extraterrestrial technology near the Philippines.
