Wowzas, there’s no stopping some people! Peaches Geldof has confirmed today that she is three and a half months pregnant with her second child, despite her son Astala being just six months old. That’s fast work for the young parents.
Peaches has spoken to HELLO! magazine of her shock at finding out the news, saying: “I did have a momentary panic and go, 'Oh my God, we're going to have a one-year-old and a one-month-old! How will we cope?’”
She has allowed the shock to die down and is now ecstatic about the surprising turn of events. “'Tom was so supportive and relaxed, it banished my doubts and I started imagining the two boys growing up together as the best of friends. There are massive benefits to having two children so close together.”
She has confirmed that she is expecting a boy, who they have already decided to name Phaedra – which is the title of a Greek play, as well as the name of a song which is a favourite of theirs.
