The 35-year-old former Scary Spice rubbished the speculation surrounding her relationship with husband, film producer Stephen Belafonte.
"He's my best friend. We've been married three and a half years and everything's great," she told Now magazine.
"Obviously he does my head in occasionally and sometimes I find his American humour annoying, but apart from that, I love him dearly."
She said the couple have open minds when it comes to bedroom antics.
"He's fun and freaky and sassy like me - he's not like a regular type of person," she said.
"We have a very active sex life, plus I think he's hot. We have lots of sex."
In her long-standing career, Mel B's turned her hand to a number of different things, including presenting, acting on Broadway and writing her own autobiography, to name just a few.
