Titanic actress Kate struggled to keep the grin off her face as she went on a date in London with her new boyfriend, Burberry model Louis Dowler.
The pair met at a party a few weeks ago and have been dating since, according to OK! magazine.
Kate split from hubby Sam Mendes five months ago, and she looked very happy to spend an evening in the London's West End, dining at the Groucho Club before heading to Mahiki nightclub.
The 35-year-old British actress showed off her slim-line physique in a LBD coupled with strappy black heels, which she struggled to walk in through the cobbled streets.
Winslet has starred in a number of big Hollywood blockbusters, including Holy Smoke, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Finding Neverland.
Kate has two children, one a daughter, Mia, from her first marriage to assistant director Jim Threapleton and a son Joe, from her marriage to director Sam Mendes, which ended at the beginning of the year.
