The couple, who began dating earlier this year, are apparently set to move in together soon because they can't bear to be apart.
"These two are so in love, they want to spend as much time together as possible. They hate being apart, even for one night, if they can help it,” a source told Look magazine.
"They want to be home together as neither of them particularly likes meeting in hotels. Since they both need to be in Hollywood for work, it made sense for Olivier to move in sooner rather than later."
Halle Berry, who became the first African American star to win the Best Actress Oscar, has been married twice. She divorced second hubby Eric Benet in 2005.
The X-Men star has a one-year-old daughter with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
