Title: Woman's Own
Woman's Own readers hoping to slim down in time for summer have been given a number of tips by the magazine.
It recently published three separate plans, courtesy of expert Monica Grenfell, which aim to bust fat at a variety of different paces.
The Nice And Slow method should help slimmers achieve long-term weight loss through a number of lifestyle changes, while Cruise Control should help shed the pounds at a more moderate rate.
Those desperate to shred that spare tyre to ribbons may be more interested in the Fast Track diet, which lasts seven days and promises to help users lose up to seven pounds.
It works by getting dieters to have a smoothie for breakfast and lunch and enjoy a big salad for dinner.
In this way, women will consume around 1,000 calories - around half of the recommended daily allowance - while still getting some vital nutrients from fruit and vegetables.
Meanwhile, the publication recently told readers how to avoid eating brought on by their emotions.
