Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell and a number of other celebrities have enjoyed a prosperous year, Hello magazine has noted.
Referring to the Sunday Times Rich List, the Geordie singer has increased her wealth by £6 million in the past year to £10 million.
Meanwhile, her colleague Cowell has enjoyed even better fortunes and is said to have earned around £45 million.
Much of this comes from winning back the rights to his TV shows such as the X-Factor and Britain's Got Talent from Sony.
He is now the 398th wealthiest person in the UK, jumping 40 places in the annual list.
Meanwhile, one of his former X-Factor contestants Leona Lewis is among the top three female musicians under the age of 30 with an estimated wealth of £11 million - similar to both Katherine Jenkins and Charlotte Church.
The staggering thing for most normal Brits to comprehend is that such celebrities are likely to be worth even more than the list shows, as bank accounts are not taken into consideration and estimates are based on land, property and company shares.
Meanwhile, Cheryl could be set to earn even more after Girls Aloud launched a range of false eye lashes for festival season.
