If you've got a Closer magazine subscription, you can read how weathergirl Claire Nasir was spurred on to lose weight by seeing a picture of her when she was not looking her best.
The 40-year-old was pictured working out in a series of rather unflattering photos earlier this year and this prompted her to lose two stone.
She told Closer magazine: "When I saw the pictures I burst into tears - they were so humiliating and undignified.
Claire said some people had said "vicious things", such as one saying she was "disgusting and a disgrace".
She added to Closer magazine: "I even had one comment saying they were sure I was wearing a fat suit. It was pretty heartbreaking but it just made me more determined to sort myself out."
The mum-of-one shed the pounds by exercising regularly - with the help of personal trainers - and following a low-fat diet.
Along with plenty of other celebs this festive season, Claire will be bringing out her own fitness DVD next month.
Claire has been a weather forecaster on GMTV for around two years now; she first appeared on the show in June 2008.
