OK! magazine subscription holders who are still avid fans of No Doubt might be interested to read that Gwen Stefani's husband Gavin Rossdale has admitted to having a gay affair.
When Gavin was 17, he experimented with his sexuality, embarking on a fling with popstar Marilyn - whose real name is Peter Robinson.
He said he didn't confess to the relationship before due to the "glare" of the media, but that it happened in the 80s.
OK! magazine reports he said:"I think at the outset there was a sort of fear - that was right at the beginning of Bush, and I didn't want it to be part of it. It felt like a cheap shot, so I was like, ‘I'm not getting involved.’
"I've never wanted to appear closed about it. It's not something I've talked about really because it's always been in the glare of a tabloid world. It's just one of those things - move on."
Gavin, who's dabbled with both the music and film industries, has two sons with his wife Gwen.
