Charlotte Church's ex Gavin Henson is so desperate to find out about her new love interest that he's been ringing all their mutual friends to get the gossip and people with a Closer magazine subscription can read all about it.
The 28-year-old rugby star has been trying to find out what's really going on between Charlotte and long-term pal Jonathan Powell as the pair seem to be growing closer, reports Closer magazine.
However, it appears he's out of luck, as mutual friends of the pair have decided not to tell Gav to protect his feelings.
"They’ve just told him it’s best he doesn’t hear about what’s going on at the moment. It’s sad to see him upset, but Charl says Gav didn’t make her feel special, whereas Jonathan really looks after her," the publication quoted a source as saying.
Apparently, 24-year-old Charl's already told pals that she thinks singer/songwriter Jonathan is "The One" but she's not ready to go public yet in case she jinxes it.
Charlotte and Gavin split up in May this year after five years together and just six weeks after they got engaged.
