Look magazine has revealed that the ever-nutty Lady Gaga rocked up at New York's Carnegie Hall recently sporting a full head of grey hair.
Far from it being a sign of stress or old age, the change in colour is likely yet another strange fashion choice from the US star.
She was in the Big Apple to perform at the Almay Concert in celebration of the Rainforest Fund's 21st anniversary.
Lady Gaga took to the stage alongside a stellar line-up, which included Goldie Hawn, Elton John, Shirley Bassey, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Debbie Harry and Kate Hudson.
She teamed the grey locks with a pair of John Lennon-esque round sunglasses and took to the stage in an oddly-shaped white dress.
However, she saved her quirkiest fashion choice for last, donning a jewel-encrusted face mask that covered her forehead, cheeks and jawline.
Lady Gaga has had hits with songs such as Poker Face and Bad Romance.
