This week's Inside Soap magazine looks ahead to the 25th anniversary of EastEnders.
Previewing all the action which takes place in Albert Square leading up to and including the much talked-about live episode on Friday, February 19th, Inside Soap speculates on who delivered the fatal blow to Archie Mitchell.
There is also news on arrests, weddings and returning favourites, with the Jackson clan - including Carol, Billy, Sonia and Robbie - arriving back in Walford.
Meanwhile, Inside Soap considers the goings-on in Coronation Street, with Gail set to have to face the fact that husband Joe McIntyre's attempt to fake his own death has gone horribly wrong.
"Gail doesn't believe for one minute that anything has happened to Joe," actress Helen Worth told the magazine.
"All she can think is that he's heading for a port to flee the country – and that she can find him and talk him out of it."
Worth has played Gail in the soap since 1974, during which time she has seen her character married four times and have three children.
