American and European troops launched their first attacks against Colonel Muammar Gaddafi's country on March 19th and the latest edition of the publication looks at the ways in which all sides involved need to hold their nerve in order to achieve a decent outcome.
The Economist magazine's latest issue also looks at the situation in Japan, following the devastating earthquake and tsunami which hit it earlier this month. Now, according to the publication, the Asian country is facing a new crisis - that of leadership in the stricken nation.

The Economist magazine also has an extensive feature about the UK Budget announcement, which it claims leaves little room for "wriggle room" in the country.
