The Economist launch Thinking Spaces e-book
If you have The Economist magazine subscription then no doubt you'll have been aware of their "Thinking Spaces" campaign, which showcased the most inspiring places across the globe where people go think.
Using an iPhone application readers were able to upload images of their favourite thinking spots, which spanned from 100 countries and included cities such as Amsterdam, New York, Berlin and Istanbul.
It was such a success that the publishers of The Economist have now decided to create an e-book with the same theme. They've collected 50 of their favourite spaces and compiled them in the new Thinking Spaces book.
Susan Clark who is the group marketing director and managing director for Europe, Middle East and Africa have has said: “Online communities built up through The Economist’s social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, and through its debates, community pages and blogs on www.economist.com, have allowed us to strengthen our relationship with readers whilst simultaneously reaching new audiences. Thinking Spaces is a great example of this, with the Facebook page continuing to grow organically following the initial campaign."
We can't wait to see it!
