If you've got a Newsweek magazine subscription, you'll be able to read all about princess-to-be Kate Middleton in the new issue of the publication.
When Catherine marries Prince William on April 29th, in a ceremony at Westminster Abbey, she will "be scoring a series of firsts", according to Alison Pearson, writing for the publication.
Kate, who met her prince charming at St Andrews University, "will be the first royal bride to have a university education, the first to live with her husband before marriage, [and] the first to have a mother who used to be a flight attendant", Newsweek magazine reports.
In the future, when she becomes queen, she will most likely become the first to have toppled over at a roller disco dressed in yellow hotpants, Pearson also points out in jest.
Newsweek magazine's writer believes Catherine Middleton could actually save the royal family in Britain.
"After the appalling, headline-grabbing dysfunction of [Prince William's] parents' marriage and divorce, it might also be just what the royal family needs to revive its popularity," Pearson suggests.
So while the UK celebrates the extra bank holiday weekend they'll accrue this April, Pearson, writing for Newsweek magazine, will regale in the hope the royals might not become defunct.
