Ah, to be topping the Forbes magazine rich list... it's something that the majority of us can only imagine. But not Kristen Stewart who has just topped the highest paid actresses list.

It seems that over the past year, Stewart has racked up an almighty $34.5 million - that's £21.9 million to me and you - from appearances in Hollywood blockbusters such as The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Parts 1 and 2 and her most recent film Snow White and the Huntsman.

Not only is she the highest paid actress on the list, she's also the youngest by 16 years, making it even more impressive.

She is closely followed by Cameron Diaz who has banked $34 million (£21.6m) after starring in the likes of Bad Teacher, The Green Hornet and What To Expect When You're Expecting. It's nice work if you can get it, hey?

The full list is: 1. Kristen Stewart - $34.5 million (£21.9m) 2. Cameron Diaz - $34 million (£21.6m) 3. Sandra Bullock - $25 million (£15.9m) 4. Angelina Jolie - $20 million (£12.7m) 5. Charlize Theron - $18 million (£11.4 million) 6. Julia Roberts - $16 million (£10.1m) 7. Sarah Jessica Parker - $15 million (£9.5m) 8. Meryl Streep - $12 million (£7.6m) 9. Kristen Wiig - $12 million (£7.6m) 10. Jennifer Aniston - $11 million (£6.9m)

As Stewart is renowned for being sullen and moody, we hope that this knowledge might cheer her up a little!
