If you've got a Marketing Week magazine subscription, you can find out how Kraft Foods has managed to anger MPs in the UK.
The company's chief executive officer, Irene Rosenfeld, failed to attend a select committee meeting to discuss the brand's takeover of Cadbury last year, reports Marketing Week magazine.
US food giant Kraft bought out the British confectioner at the beginning of 2010, in a highly controversial deal which saw numerous promises reneged on by Kraft.
One member of the committee accused the company of having "contempt" for parliament, after it didn't send Rosenfeld to field questions about the £11.7 billion takeover.
Executives at Kraft said they believed they could still make the Cadbury brand successful following its takeover, reports Marketing Week magazine.
However, this week, the company said it would not be guaranteeing staff contracts beyond 2012 and said it could not rule out further job losses in the future.
