Find out how the world is dealing with climate change

If you've got The Economist magazine subscription, you can find out about a meeting being held to deal with climate change.

The Economist magazine subscription holders can find out exactly how they can live with the effects of climate change.

On November 29th, representatives from around the world will gather in Cancun to hold high-level talks about the environmental issue.

It is hoped subjects including finance, forestry and technology transfer can be discussed in order to come up with a strategy to reduce the effects of global warming, reports The Economist magazine.

The world warmed by around 0.7 degrees C during the 20th century and every year, the temperatures have risen around the globe.

It is therefore important for all the nations to come up with a plan to reduce the effects on our planet.

According to The Economist magazine: "The fight to limit global warming to easily tolerated levels is thus over."

It is vital now to acknowledge all the ways in which scientists have been helping the world adapt to the impending changes to climate, the magazine suggests.

Last year, nations met at the Copenhagen climate summit in order to address ways to tackle global warming, however, people believe a 'deal' rather than an 'agreement' was reached by representatives at the meet.
