Donors will be rewarded when they take items in - netting half the sale price to encourage them give again, reports Third Sector magazine.
The first shop of its kind will open in Wilmslow, Cheshire, and the hope is people will donate more valuable clothing than usual.
Age UK first told the Observer about its plans. Helena Brett, head of trading for the charity, told the news provider: "We tend to think we'll auction all of those clothes that people feel are a bit too good for the charity shop - mid-market brands such as Ted Baker and French Connection - on eBay, but never get round to it," reports Third Sector magazine.
"So our new dress agency will say: you get half the profits and we'll get half."
The Age UK Group helps more than five million people around the country every single year.
